Vanessa Hudgens made sure she wrapped up in comfy clothing when she headed on a shopping trip today.

But never shy of a skimpy outft, the High School Musical left her midriff bare.

The 23-year-old looked casual and cosy in grey tracksuit bottoms, Ugg boots, a long knitted cream cardigan and matching knitted hat.

But the star teamed the ensemble with a tiny tank top that showed a considerable amount of the her toned stomach.

She may have been thankful for the bit of bare flesh after stepping outside into the warm Californian sunshine.

Vanessa accessorised the look with some rosary beads, a pair of huge black sunglasses and a black handbag which she rummaged through as she walked down the street.

She may have been pining for her beau Austin Butler after spending the New Year with him.

The couple took a romantic holiday to Miami and were seen sharing a series of passionate kisses as they spent their days lounging by the pool.
